Problem definition
The Italian MNC grew from <10 employees in 2019 to 50 + employees in Q4’2024 with payroll processing being outsourced to a larger outsourcing partner. By mid-2020, the level of services had dropped significantly, leading to delays in salary payments, defaults in statutory compliance deadlines, employee dissatisfaction.
Solution
We took over the services from 1st September 2020. However, we were contracted with effect from 1st July 2020. During the interim period:

Identified improvement of capture of attendance data and flow of information from Human Resource Department to us

Designed processes and systems to streamline leave management system

Parallel processing done for month of August and addressed gaps in processes and data

Set up system for employee onboarding and separation
